Tigaki Beach Hotel has two large freshwater pools, one with hydromassage jets, and two separate children's pools. Kos International Airport is 15 km away, with a 15-minute taxi ride, and a frequent bus service stops outside the hotel. From the complex, guests see coastal views of the Turkish mainland and the islands of Kalymnos and Pserimos.

The all-inclusive package includes breakfast buffet, lunch, and dinner with hot and cold buffets, plus a snack bar serving pastries and ice cream at set times. Gentlemen are required to wear long trousers in the dining room for dinner.
